**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Sourcing Specialist to join our strategic procurement team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for making clever sourcing choices in choosing service providers to maximize the cost of our $1B+ of annual expert services spend, and to mitigate risks through clever agreement negotiations. This includes running RFPs, negotiating organization & section level deals, handling vendor relationships, recommending high-quality services & innovations, facilitating process upgrades, and bringing stakeholders across the segments together for collaboration and leveraging opportunities.
**Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Sourcing Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Joining a dynamic team that's liable for the strategic sourcing of Professional Services for arenaflex, building relationships with key executives, advising on market engagement to identify the best vendor partners, leading deal negotiations, and assisting to optimize cross-section vendor relationships.
* Working on a wide range of projects that will keep your job exciting, exposing you to many service-providing industries, including consulting and advisory, financial, tax, audit, data subscriptions, translations, temporary workers, managed services, etc., and allowing your growth in strategic thinking, relationship building, innovative problem-solving, process improvement, innovation sourcing, and other key skills that will increase you as a strong business leader.
* Growing subject-matter expertise in the professional services class, through research, networking, leading key initiatives, and building relationships with leaders in the various disciplines.
* Participating and leading cross-functional sourcing initiatives with key internal stakeholders.
* Evaluating providers and experts based on pre-determined selection criteria.
* Developing and leading RFI/RFP process for professional services according to arenaflex policy and procedures.
* Analyzing bids based on overall cost/delivery to identify opportunities to obtain the best value.
* Preparing and executing clear, data-driven negotiation techniques using Strategic Sourcing methodology.
* Preparing and executing contracts, as well as performing post-award administration.
* Understanding and supporting the development and execution of performance control applications with providers that focus on quality, responsiveness, and cost.
* Ensuring compliance with Sourcing and Procurement regulations and best practices.
* Communicating and documenting to management the reputation of any significant outside relationships that would impact planning and decision-making.
* Analyzing market trends and conditions that affect internal stakeholders and outside providers and/or pricing.
* Participating in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with current business best practices.
* Demonstrating exemplary integrity and ethics in all instances.
* Showing expertise with all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience, with a minimum of 2 years of professional services class sourcing.
* Ability to engage with and establish relationships with personnel at all levels.

**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working with and/or for companies that offer consulting and advisory services.
* Professional Services Sourcing history is a plus.
* Consulting/Advisory history is a plus.
**Education**
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
