As a Technology Analyst in our Workday Data Migrations team, you will play a critical role in shaping and driving solutions within our Individuals and Money Working day Group. This dynamic role will impact our average business day release management and document migration processes, working closely with our Delivery Group, Engineers, and Product Owners to develop a deep understanding of the business space and the system's functionalities.

**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Technology Analyst in our Workday Data Migrations team, you will be responsible for:
* Applying your knowledge of analysis, business processes, tools, spaces, project systems, requirements definitions, and testing to solve a range of problems
* Collaborating with other Technology Colleagues to provide counsel or solutions within their subject matter
* Staying informed about current developments within your area of expertise
* Recognizing the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, outcomes, or approaches to problems
* Estimating effort and value for solutions
* Applying business solutions with a broad level of knowledge about technology stages/structures
* Confirming data and carefully reviewing and checking the accuracy of your own work using reliance ID processes in technology work
* Establishing or following prioritization processes to drive work, completing tasks with a focus on continuous progress
* Expressing thoughts, business or technical requirements clearly and concisely in writing using appropriate levels of outline and integration
* Screening program risks, issues, and extensions proactively, ensuring the appropriate level of visibility and escalation
* Performing other work duties as directed by your Manager's Chiefs
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's Degree
* Strong knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement
* Strong knowledge of technical conditions
* Strong knowledge of software development methodologies
* Excellent collaboration, communication, and discussion skills in working with various teams and external partners
* Ability to analyze medium to large business or technical issues, articulating the issue or root cause, and translating the analysis into practical solution proposals
* Ability to work effectively in a help/group-oriented climate
* Ability to explore, create, and report requirements, processes, and technical details
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple and varied work streams/tasks
* Ability to take on multiple tasks, whether administrative or project-related, while maintaining a high level of fulfillment in all accountable work; able to coach others to do the same
* Ability to educate and train others on technical and business subjects
