**Key Responsibilities**
As a German Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering inbound and outbound calls from existing and new customers, ensuring a top-quality service experience
* Proactively dealing with all queries related to our business, providing expert product knowledge and solutions
* Taking orders and bookings via external and internal calls, managing email queries with precision and attention to detail
* Building strong relationships with customers, demonstrating a professional approach and a 'can-do' attitude
* Facilitating calls from B2B and B2C customers, ensuring seamless communication and resolution
* Staying up-to-date with product ranges, providing extensive knowledge and expertise to customers
**Personal Specification**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
* Customer service experience (preferred but not essential)

We offer three flexible shift options to suit your lifestyle:
* **Shift 1**: £25,000 per year, with a 5-week rotational shift schedule
+ Week 1: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 15:15
+ Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday, 07:30 - 15:45
+ Week 3: Monday to Friday, 11:00 - 19:15
+ Week 4: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday, 08:00 - 16:15
+ Week 5: Monday to Friday, 11:45 - 20:00
* **Shift 2**: £25,075 per year, with a 5-week rotational shift schedule
+ Week 1: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 15:15
