**Responsibilities:**
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will:

**Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
* Strong computer experience, including data entry, screen navigation, and keyboarding.
* Experience with Microsoft Outlook (email) and Word.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to demonstrate caring and compassion.
* A reliable computer with at least two monitors (22 inches or larger) with HDMI and Display ports.
