**Responsibilities**
As an Inbound Chat Specialist at arenaflex, your primary goal will be to engage with customers via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and capturing customer contact information to generate leads for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, responding promptly and professionally to ensure a positive customer experience
* Providing accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments with our clients' customers
* Capturing customer contact information, including names, phone numbers, and email addresses, to generate leads for our clients
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and feedback

**Requirements**
