**Responsibilities**
As an Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Managing large amounts of incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service
* Generating sales leads and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products
* Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
* Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
* Meeting personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
* Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution
* Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
* Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
* Taking the extra mile to engage customers and exceed their expectations
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
* A track record of over-achieving quota and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
