**Job Description**
As a Jr Customer Service Assistant at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our customers through live chat interactions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Handling live chat interactions with customers to address queries related to order processing, returns, and service claims
* Logging in to our chat system at the start of your shift and managing customer interactions efficiently
* Logging out at the end of your shift, ensuring all inquiries have been addressed
**Key Responsibilities**

* Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed

**Position Details**
