**Responsibilities**
* Handle and respond to all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

**Qualifications**
* 6 months of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* Over 18 years of age
* Ability to type 25 wpm
* High School Graduate or GED
* Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
* Proven oral and written communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
