About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize your excellent communication skills to understand customer needs, provide solutions, and exceed customer expectations.
- Work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision, using your initiative and self-motivation to achieve goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, making recommendations to customers and identifying sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve complex issues.
- Meet and exceed performance targets, including call handling metrics and customer satisfaction scores.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in a contact centre customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Experience working night shifts in a previous role, with the ability to adapt to a rotating shift pattern.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Strong IT skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and software applications.
- Positive and self-confident approach when dealing with customers over the phone, with the ability to work under pressure and handle a high volume of calls and emails.
- Strong written literacy skills, with the ability to communicate effectively via email and other written channels.

- Previous experience working in a remote or home-based environment, with the ability to self-motivate and work with minimal supervision.
