**Job Summary**
As an Online Customer Support Expert at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for all our online Careseekers who are looking to find, interview, and eventually hire a caregiver on our arenaflex Direct platform. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding the complete process from both the Careseeker (client) and caregiver points of view, including creating a Careseeker profile, matching caregivers with careseekers, and helping both Careseekers and caregivers through the process from interviewing, scheduling, hiring, and payroll.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer support to Careseekers and caregivers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
* Understand the complete process from both the Careseeker and caregiver points of view, including creating a Careseeker profile, matching caregivers with careseekers, and helping both Careseekers and caregivers through the process from interviewing, scheduling, hiring, and payroll
* Create and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including documentation of actions and next steps
* Develop and implement effective solutions to customer complaints and concerns
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support to continuously improve our services
**Essential Qualifications**
* 5+ years of experience in customer service, outbound marketing, or online sales support
* Strong working knowledge of online software tools and platforms
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
