**Responsibilities:**
As a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information according to priorities
* Preparing source data for computer entry
* Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if needed, and checking output
* Maintaining accurate records of valuable company information
* Responding to queries for information and accessing relevant files
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Data Entry Experience (1 year) with a strong understanding of data management principles
* Experience with MS Office and data programs, including proficiency in typing and data entry software
* Familiarity with administrative duties, including office equipment operation (fax machine, scanner, etc.)
* Strong attention to detail, typing speed, and accuracy
* Confidentiality and organization skills, with the ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
* High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset
* Bachelor degree (preferred)
