**Job Summary**
As a Part-Time Evening Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. **Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner

* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, share knowledge, and drive continuous improvement
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to provide expert advice and guidance to customers

* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
