We are seeking talented and dedicated part-time lecturers to join our Department of Mechanical and Mechatronic Engineering and Advanced Manufacturing in the College of Engineering, Computer Science, and Construction Management.
The Department of Mechanical and Mechatronic Engineering and Advanced Manufacturing offers accredited B.S. degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, and Advanced Manufacturing and Applied Robotics, as well as a minor in Advanced Manufacturing. Our programs are known for their rigorous curricula, practice-oriented approach, and strong design focus. We pride ourselves on having accessible faculty who provide a high degree of personal attention to all students.

We are collecting application materials for a pool of part-time lecturers with positions available as determined by need during the 2023-24 academic year. Successful candidates will be able to teach a range of courses in mechanical engineering, mechatronic engineering, or advanced manufacturing. The primary responsibility of part-time lecturers is teaching at the undergraduate level, with potential additional duties including supervision of laboratories, student advising, capstone project advising, and program outreach.

Most new lecturers are hired at the Lecturer A or B rank. The anticipated hiring range is generally at or near the minimum of the appropriate range, commensurate with education and experience.
