**Job Summary**
We're seeking experienced Remote Customer Service Agents to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Remote Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers via phone, email, and live chat. You'll be working from the comfort of your own home, with a flexible schedule that allows you to balance your work and personal life.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Receive incoming calls, emails, and live chats from customers seeking assistance with various products and services
* Resolve customer concerns, questions, or issues in a timely and professional manner
* Provide medium to light tech support to assist customers with password resets, locating purchased items, or other technical issues
* Recommend additional products and services based on customer need and request
* Recommend system improvements based on knowledge of system issues
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and productivity standards
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
**Requirements**
* 2-3 years of experience working in a remote call center environment with a separate office space setup
* Proven track record of adhering to our 3 A's: Attendance, Attitude, and Aptitude
* Technically savvy to assist customers with varying degrees of computer and smartphone issues
* Bilingual in Spanish is a major plus
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to operate in a high-volume contact center environment with strong multi-tasking skills
* Ability to listen actively to sensitive information
* Quick learner, dedicated to excellence, and strong multi-tasking skills
* Strong "phone voice" with proper diction and the ability to "hear you smile"
* Experience with InContact, Zendesk, or Slack is beneficial but not required
**System Requirements**
* Dedicated remote working space with no background noise
* Must be able to run CHROME browser with VPN connection with no less than 10mbps internet download speeds and a compatible hotspot should internet outages occur
* Must provide own dual monitors and noise-cancelling headset
