**Job Summary**
As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our production team to ensure smooth and timely shipments, and provide support with data analysis, inventory, and continuous improvement initiatives. **Responsibilities**
* Accurately enter and maintain sales orders, and process paperwork for daily shipments
* Coordinate customer requests, including quoting and tracking expedite orders
* Communicate product details and updates with customers via phone and email
* Monitor customer portals to ensure timely response to order changes and requests
* Support production scheduling, handle Return Material Authorizations, and prepare regular management reports
* Assist with data analysis, inventory, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth and timely shipments
* Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
**Qualifications**
* 2-4+ years of customer service experience, ideally in manufacturing
* Strong Excel and computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication, phone etiquette, and interpersonal skills
* Bachelor's degree preferred, Associate's or relevant 2-year degree required
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
