**Job Summary**
We're seeking a skilled Data Entry Specialist to assist with a variety of ongoing clinical trials. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for transcribing source data into various electronic data capture (EDC) systems, verifying data integrity, and following established standard operating procedures (SOPs). If you have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently, we'd love to hear from you.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Transcribing source data into various EDC systems per protocol requirements and following established standards
* Verifying integrity of data by comparing it to source documents
* Following established SOPs, good clinical practice (GCP), and other applicable regulatory requirements in the execution of all EDC activities
* Answering queries within EDC systems in a timely manner
* Assisting the clinical research team with quality controls (QC) of patient files per ERAs established standards
* Preparing and scanning documents into EDC systems and ERAs database
* Assisting the clinical team with preparing for onsite monitoring visits for each study protocol
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* High School Diploma
* High attention to detail
* Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Flexible during the company's growth stage
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Ability to effectively collaborate with other team members
**Desired Skills & Qualifications**
While not essential, the following skills and qualifications would be highly desirable:
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry
* Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
* Experience with Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of research EDC systems preferred (Veeva Vault, Medrio, IBM, OpenClinica, MedidataRAVE, etc.)
