**Job Summary**
As a part-time Remote Outbound Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our clients. You'll be responsible for making high volumes of calls on a daily basis, providing timely and accurate information to customers, and resolving their queries in a professional and courteous manner. **Key Responsibilities**
* Make high volumes of outbound calls to customers on a daily basis
* Provide timely and accurate information to customers, addressing their queries and concerns
* Resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information as necessary
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery
* Meet or exceed performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
**Requirements**
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* 6 months to 1 year of customer service or data entry experience
* Professional and articulate speaking voice
* Own equipment (Windows 10 or 11 PC, wired headsets, minimum 50mbps download and 10mbps upload internet speed)
* Availability to work part-time hours (Monday to Thursday 6pm - 11pm EST, Saturdays 12pm - 6pm EST)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**
As a part-time Remote Outbound Customer Service Representative, you'll receive a competitive hourly rate of $20.00.
