**Role Overview**
As a part-time Tier 1 Customer Support Agent, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective solutions to their technical, logistical, and administrative queries. You'll work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless support and escalate complex issues as needed. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide enthusiastic and timely support to clients via email, chat, phone, and web-based tools, ensuring their technical, logistical, and administrative needs are met.
* Accurately identify and troubleshoot technical and non-technical issues in a timely manner, considering diverse user environments and scenarios.
* Promptly escalate complex problems to internal team members, ensuring seamless support and minimizing downtime.
* Demonstrate a familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of our programs, learning content, and technical products, with ongoing training and support.
* Continuously strive to improve the quality of our support and service, both internally and externally, through feedback and process improvements.
* Monitor live online video conferencing events and provide immediate assistance to participants, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
**What You Need to Succeed**
* 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in a SaaS company or product/technology division, with a strong understanding of customer support principles and practices.
* Poise and professionalism to respond to high-level executives from around the world, with executive support experience a plus.
* Strong communication skills – written and verbal – that recognize and adapt to the diverse range of arenaflex participants, with comfort using email, phone, and video (if needed) etiquette in challenging or urgent situations.
* Familiarity with Salesforce (or other CRM), website backend/administrative interfaces (e.g., WordPress/Rails Admin), cloud-based tools, and exposure to help desk software.
* Outstanding task management skills across a varied set of responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
* Fluency in Spanish, French, or Japanese is highly valued, but not required.
