**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer experiences by greeting clients, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including registering sales, handling voids, returns, and exchanges
* Maintain accurate records, including patient and medication data, and ensure compliance with state and government regulations
* Work closely with pharmacists to ensure accurate and timely dispensing of medications
* Perform administrative tasks, such as processing manual cases for external program remedy services
* Assist with stock management, including ordering, unloading, checking, and storing shipments of medications
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including counters, shelves, and storage areas
* Provide support with food and product placement, including rotating stock and restocking out-of-stock items
* Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with the latest pharmacy trends and best practices
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., pharmacy, healthcare, business)
* 1+ year of experience in a retail or healthcare environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions and maintaining records
* Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and pharmacy software systems
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* 6+ months of experience in a retail or healthcare environment
* Previous experience with Walgreens or a similar pharmacy chain
* Strong numerical skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications
* Familiarity with store stock control systems and procedures
* PTCB certification or willingness to obtain certification through our assigned PTCB training program
