Key Responsibilities Provide infusion treatments to patients in their homes, following the physician's plan of treatment Conduct one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education, utilizing exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Utilize clinical expertise and judgment to assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care Document patient care activities and outcomes, using Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word Participate in on-call rotation as needed, to ensure timely and effective patient care Required Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A current, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Arizona, with additional licensure required in multi-state service areas A minimum of one year of nursing experience, with IV-related experience preferred Current CPR certification A valid and current driver's license and car insurance Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: A minimum of three years of nursing experience A minimum of one year of infusion experience Home healthcare and pediatric experience CRNI (Certified Registered Nurse of Infusion) certification Career Growth and Development Opportunities Aetna is committed to supporting the ongoing education and development of our nursing staff.
