Essential Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with testing mobile technology (5G, LTE, UMTS, CDMA, IMS, etc.)
- Excellent work experience on MTBF issues analysis (e.g., performance, CA, 5G, VoLTE, SRVCC, CSFB, crashes, resets, panics, etc.)
- True understanding of how to write testable code
- Accurate knowledge of MTBF/stability testing, automation tools, test fits, execution, and test setups
- Exposure to modem bring-up from early development to the maintenance phase
- Ability to work effectively with teammates who work remotely
- Excellent attention to detail, strong written and interpersonal skills
- Experience in leading global teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of wireless software development and innovation
- Experience with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and other wireless technologies
- Knowledge of modem architecture and design
