Key Responsibilities
- Connect with individuals who have filled out a form to assess their eligibility for compensation, utilizing an automated dialer to manage a high volume of calls (approximately 40-50 callers per day)
- Multitask effectively, listening to callers, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows to ensure seamless and efficient communication
- Achieve or exceed monthly KPIs to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates, aligning with the goals and objectives of arenaflex
- Utilize phone software (VICI) and our Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM) to accurately manage caller interactions and follow scripts as required
- Participate in training and learning opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills, ensuring you remain up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices
- Adhere to all arenaflex policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in all interactions
- Assist with other projects as needed, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to contribute to the success of the team
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT issues, ensuring minimal disruption to your work and maintaining optimal productivity
Candidate Profile

Essential Qualifications
- Reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey, with a quiet, distraction-free space to work
- Reliable hardwired Desktop or Laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) with 8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, and a 1.2 GHz or faster CPU
- High-speed internet with a minimum upload speed of 100MBps (standard internet)
- Reliable Noise Cancellation Headset that is wired via USB (e.g., gaming headset with mic/Logitech G432)
- Strong background in call-center environment and sales-focused experience, with a minimum of 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience
