- Stay up-to-date on product details and company policies to ensure you're always offering the best possible assistance.
- Keep updated on current advertisements, promotions, and sales, as these will frequently change, ensuring customers receive the most relevant information.
- Foster clear and open communication with your team to ensure smooth collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Adhere to established procedures and policies, while remaining adaptable to any updates or changes in processes.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role within the e-commerce space, particularly for a company that sells products online.
- A strong proficiency in using technology and being comfortable navigating various software platforms independently.
