We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Associate to join our team in San Antonio, TX. As a Data Entry Associate, you will play a critical role in processing incoming healthcare claim forms, ensuring accuracy, and meeting productivity standards. Key Responsibilities

• Capture and validate complex data with high accuracy
• Classify and index images, pre-adjudicate documents, and correct data as required
• Verify data from automated data extraction tools and utilize various systems to complete assigned tasks
• Work with multiple source documents to verify data and use additional information to complete assignments
• Adhere to established procedures and practices, working under close supervision to meet productivity and accuracy standards

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:

• Ability to type at least 45+ words per minute (WPM) with high accuracy and 10-key by touch proficiency
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and internet research
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining a high accuracy rate
• Maintain or exceed 4,000 keystrokes per hour (KSPH) for numeric and 2,500 KSPH for alpha/numeric data with less than 1% error rate
• Basic knowledge of medical claims form processing (preferred)
• Experience working through VPN connections
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older and eligible to work in the United States
• Must be able to clear any necessary criminal background checks or drug screenings

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Previous experience in data entry, preferably in a healthcare or medical claims processing environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
