Job Overview
In this critical role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and customer service. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will provide timely and effective support, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to build strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Place outbound client contacts, follow-up emails to clients, and respond to basic inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Update and maintain customer call database, including updating and acting on client service logs and all client accounts
- Provide administrative support, including profile creation and updating, filing, data entry, and document generation
- Create and improve customer service issue tickets, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up
- Assist in the planning of all mail associated with the client help process, and handle special management projects, as well as overflow work from departments featuring word-processing, data entry, and Internet research activities
- Manage the company's entrance hall region, greeting and administering all visitors, suppliers, clients, job applicants, and customers, and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
- Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and project tasks
- Responsible for inspecting supply items, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements and Qualifications

- MS Office Suite competency, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
