About the Role: Remote Data Entry Clerk (Salesforce)
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a vital role in updating and maintaining accurate data within our Salesforce system. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading digital health company, utilize your technical skills, and contribute to the success of our sales team. The project is expected to last between 6-9 weeks, and we are looking for a dedicated individual who can commit to working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Update existing data in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Data Verification: Verify data by comparing it to source records, maintaining the highest level of data integrity.
- Data Confidentiality: Understand and adhere to data confidentiality requirements, handling sensitive information with care.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless data accessibility and provide support as needed.
- Quality Control: Perform routine data quality checks to identify and correct errors.
- Reporting: Generate reports and provide insights on data trends and issues.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- Typing Speed: Ability to type 40+ words per minute (WPM) consistently.
- Microsoft Office Suite: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Database Understanding: Basic understanding of databases and data management principles.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, with a keen eye for accuracy and quality.
- U.S. Geography: Working knowledge of U.S. geography, including states, cities, and zip codes.
- Language Skills: Written and oral understanding of the English language.
- Availability: Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- Education: High school degree or equivalent required.
