Your primary responsibility will be to process customer orders with accuracy and speed, maintaining an excellent workflow while ensuring that all orders are handled efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Perform all order entry functions, including prioritizing incoming orders, verifying the match between the content of received orders and order forms, entering orders with all data and notes, creating computer-generated production tickets, editing orders, and sending them to the next receiver.
• Enter all order types while maintaining workflow priorities in accordance with our standards and guidelines.
• Perform requirements for 5S Workplace Organization to ensure a clutter-free and efficient work environment.
• Follow work instructions for the area and work closely with the customer service team (the CSA team) to ensure seamless communication and order processing.
• May perform miscellaneous tasks and activities as directed by the Supervisor or Manager to support the team and contribute to the company's overall goals.
