Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by connecting with prospective customers via inbound and outbound calls, live chat, SMS, and other digital channels
- Utilize your insurance expertise to uncover customer needs, identify gaps in coverage, and recommend solutions from our broad product portfolio
- Convert prospective customers into customers using a proven sales strategy and strong closing skills
- Develop positive working relationships with clients and teammates to build a strong and supportive community
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor products to maintain a competitive edge
- Manage a high volume of sales opportunities while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- A Property and Casualty License (required upon start date)
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to learn and be coachable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to compose thoughts quickly and accurately
- Great listening and closing skills, with a proven track record of sales success
- The ability to explain the differences in competitor products and maintain a competitive edge

Preferred Qualifications
