As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving complex issues, and driving customer satisfaction. This is a remote role, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere and enjoy a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth and development. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to complex customer inquiries regarding products and quotes for customers, providing accurate and timely solutions * Influence Motion gross profit through negotiating the sale price and purchase price, within certain parameters * Monitor service requests and assign technicians to appropriate jobs, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery * Communicate with customers to schedule appointments and provide updates on service status, building strong relationships and driving repeat business * Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and customer interactions, ensuring seamless service delivery and quality control * Build customer relationships to drive repeat business, providing personalized service and solutions to meet customer needs * Expedites backorders, pulls inventory, and prepares orders for shipment to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery * Determines the most cost-effective shipping method for customer orders, optimizing logistics and reducing costs * May handle customer returns, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction * Provides coaching, guidance, and direction to less experienced Customer Service Representatives, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development * Assists less experienced Customer Service Representatives with addressing customer needs, including locating items and resolving problems * May be responsible for quality and/or safety in the branch, ensuring compliance with arenaflex standards and regulations * Works directly with Service Technicians in the shop to determine corrective repair actions, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery **Essential Qualifications** * Typically requires a high school diploma or GED and five (5) or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination * Mechanical and/or Industrial parts experience preferred * Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening * Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively * Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools * Strong product knowledge and negotiation skills * Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications * Experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on service delivery and customer satisfaction * Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences * Experience working in a remote environment, with a focus on self-motivation and productivity **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and colleagues * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences * Strong product knowledge and negotiation skills, with a focus on driving sales and revenue growth * Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines * Ability to work independently, with a focus on self-motivation and productivity **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to investing in our employees' growth and development.
