**Job Overview**
As a remote Spanish bilingual customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to clients across various industries. Your primary duties will include:
* Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner
* Providing product and service information to customers
* Escalating complex issues to senior representatives or management as needed
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
**Schedule and Flexibility**
As a contractor, you'll have the flexibility to create a schedule that works best for you. However, the majority of work hours will be during weekdays and daytime. You'll have the opportunity to choose from a variety of shifts to suit your needs and preferences.
**Earnings and Revenue**
Contract earnings vary by client, with rates ranging from $17 to $20 per hour. Your pay will be determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, and you'll have the opportunity to earn additional incentives based on client and performance metrics.

**Technology and Equipment Requirements**
To perform your duties effectively, you'll need:
* A personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not supported)
* An operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
* A wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
* High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed for seamless connectivity
* Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
* A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for authentication
**Work Environment Requirements**
To ensure a productive and successful work environment, you'll need:
* A quiet, uninterrupted space
* An organized desk area
**Contractual Relationship**
As an independent contractor, you'll remain responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and other employment-related expenses. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with us.
