About the Role
We're seeking an experienced and skilled Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator to join our Card Account Servicing team. As a customer-facing representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to resolve their queries and concerns. Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a strong customer focus rooted in empathy, actively listening to customers' concerns and providing personalized solutions

- Exercise good judgment and independent decision-making skills to resolve customer complaints and issues

- Display dependability, with a solid attendance record and a commitment to maintaining a secure and distraction-free home office environment
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a financial services or banking environment
- A strong attention to detail, positive attitude, and ability to be flexible and adapt to change
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Previous experience working in a remote or home-based environment, with a proven ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Knowledge of financial services or banking products, including credit cards and account servicing
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology systems
Work from Home Technology Requirements
To work from home, you'll need:
- A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
- A reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot, with a minimum download speed of 5Mbps (10+ Mbps preferred)
- A private network that is password-protected, with ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
- Internet service provided by a Cable or Fiber Internet Service Provider (ISP), with no hotspots or satellite services permitted
Work from Home Location Requirements
Please note that this role is 100% work from home, and we're unable to consider applicants who do not meet the required arenaflex Work at Home compatible internet access or who live in the states of California, Hawaii, or US territories. Work from home U.S. based associates are not permitted to work internationally, outside of the continental United States (i.e. Hawaii or U.S. Territories), or California.
