I need a Facebook Marketplace expert who can build, manage, and scale a multi-profile listing system for my posting team.
Your Role
You will manage the entire Marketplace posting infrastructure, including:
Ensuring profile health & stability
Giving my NYC posters clean, consistent access
Building SOPs for listing, renewing, and messaging buyers
Organizing daily photos → listings workflow
Tracking KPIs (listings, renewals, messages, views, conversions)
Replacing non-working profiles quickly
Scaling daily listing capacity (50 → 200 → 500+ per day)
Required Experience
You should have real experience in:
Managing large-scale Marketplace operations
Handling multiple posting profiles
Maintaining account health & compliance
Building posting SOPs
Training remote listing teams
Managing daily Marketplace pipelines
Running high-volume e-commerce listing systems
Rapid troubleshooting & profile onboarding
