Trimmr LLC isn't looking for a "task-runner." We are seeking an entrepreneurial Sales Leader to assume ownership of a New York territory, driving expansion of brand visibility and popularity.
As a premier staffing and sales enablement agency in the cannabis space, we provide the brands and the framework, you provide the engine. This role starts as a "quarter-time" (approx. 8 hours/week) pilot. Your mission? Prove the market, dominate the shelves, and scale your own success.
The Mission
You aren't just "checking in" on dispensaries; you are strategically expanding a footprint. You will succeed if you are a self-starter who thrives on autonomy and feels a personal responsibility for the growth of the brand you represent.
Key Responsibilities
- Territory Ownership: Act as the primary architect of your region. Identify untapped opportunities, map out your own routes, and execute a strategy to make our client brands household names.
- The "Hunter" Mindset: Proactively open new doors and secure reorders. You don't wait for a lead list; you build one.
- Brand Authority: Educate budtenders and buyers not just on products, but on profitability. You are a consultant helping dispensaries win.
- Strategic Execution: Run high-impact pop-up events and educational "takeovers" that drive immediate sell-through.
- Reporting & Analytics: Use our CRM and spreadsheets to track your "empire." You treat KPIs (doors opened, velocity, frequency) as your personal scoreboard.
- Logistical Hustle: Oversee the lifecycle of the sale-from the initial "yes" to the product hitting the shelf and the final consumer's hand.
