Role Overview:
Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Finance to oversee all financial aspects of thier operations. As the Director of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance, providing insightful analysis, and implementing robust financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute financial plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with business objectives and market dynamics.
- Drive financial performance analysis, providing actionable insights to support decision-making and optimize resource allocation.
- Oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital allocation strategies to optimize financial resources and support business expansion.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and operational efficiency improvements.
- Conduct risk assessment and implement effective internal controls to safeguard assets and mitigate financial risks.
- Support investor relations activities, including financial reporting, investor communications, and capital market transactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA qualification preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally within the food supplement or related industry.
- Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and strategic mindset with a track record of driving financial performance and business growth.
