Position Overview
As a Staff Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s core accounting operations and financial reporting processes. This position is well-suited for candidates looking to build on a strong accounting foundation and gain exposure to a sophisticated, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
Support preparation of financial statements and internal reporting packages
Perform variance analysis and provide insights to leadership
Assist with external audit requests and documentation
Help drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls
Partner cross-functionally with operations and finance teams
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required
2+ years of accounting experience required
Public accounting experience (audit) is a strong plus
Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
Proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting systems
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, high-performance environment
