We are launching a virtual mental health practice supported by an experienced Management Services Organization (MSO).
We are seeking a licensed PMHNP or Psychiatrist to serve as the clinical owner and clinical director of the professional entity.
This role is ideal for a clinician who:
• Wants to focus on patient care
• Does not want to manage billing, insurance, or operations
• Is interested in long-term stability and growth

Your role
• Maintain full clinical autonomy

• Provide patient care (optional minimum hours)

Compensation
• Monthly fixed compensation for clinical owner role and/or
• Revenue-based participation (negotiable)
• Additional compensation for clinical hours
This is not a high-risk startup role and not a traditional employment position.
It is a structured, compliant model used by large telehealth platforms.
