Job Description:
• Perform short- and medium-term cash flow forecasting and burn management
• Clean up financials and improve monthly close discipline
• Work directly with the company CPA to ensure financial records are complete, accurate, and timely
• Establish and maintain EBITDA and management-adjusted EBITDA reporting
• Prepare and present Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual financial reports to leadership (CEO and COO)
• Support DCAA audit readiness
• Evaluate and advise on DCAA-compliant timekeeping systems
• Support strategic planning initiatives and KPI dashboard development
• Translate financial data into clear, actionable guidance for leadership
Requirements:
• Direct experience in government contracting
• Prior experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, or Fractional CFO
• Exposure to DCAA-compliant accounting environments
• Experience with labor and timekeeping systems used in Government Contracting
• Comfortable working in a fractional, hands-on engagement model
