Our client is an established fashion company seeking a Freelance Data Entry Assistant to join their team. The company offers a wide range of high-quality products across various categories. The women's, men's, and accessories lines are sold in high-end department stores, E-commerce, and specialty stores nationwide.

Position Overview:
For the Freelance Data Entry Assistant, our client is looking for someone to support the Buying, Merchandising, and E-commerce teams. The Freelance Data Entry Assistant requires strong Advanced Excel skills, strong organization, an aptitude to pick up on new systems, and the ability to be a team player.
Responsibilities of the Freelance Data Entry Assistant:
• The Freelance Data Entry Assistant is responsible for all data and PO entry.
• Enter the heavy workload of orders in the system daily.
• Prepare daily sales reports.
• Notify Production and Customer Service teams daily of any special orders.
• Execute site refreshes on time and without errors to ensure product launches in a timely fashion.
• Collaborate with E-commerce buyers to fully understand assortment, deliveries, merchandising strategy, and pre-order/back-order requirements.
• Maintain operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
Required Experience/Skills for the Freelance Data Entry Assistant:
• Must have strong Advanced Excel skills, specifically knowledge of VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
• Must have a great attitude and a strong passion for fashion, and love to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Accurate data entry skills.
• Extremely close attention to detail.
• Eager to take on new challenges, introduce and implement new approaches and ideas.
• 0 - 1 year experience within fashion, preferably for a fashion-related company.
• Candidates who have fashion internships are welcome.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Education Requirements:
• High school diploma is required.
