We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to review translated English-language documents for compliance and consistency. This role does not require knowledge of foreign languages; the QA Specialist ensures that final deliverables meet formatting standards, client guidelines, and technical requirements. This is a freelance role that will allow candidates to make their own schedule! Available volumes will vary, but there is a potential for daily or near-daily work. Payment would be on a per page basis at $1.75/page.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Native or near-native proficiency in American English
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines precisely
• Familiarity with formatting and editing in MS Word
Experience in copyediting, proofreading, compliance review, or document control is also a plus!
