We will use this for our own business – but the system will need to be scalable to be easily replicable on reseller accounts. The objective is to create an AI-powered triage and follow-up engine inside GoHighLevel that: • Classifies inbound emails/SMS/social messages • Routes conversations to the correct agent or automation • Drafts intelligent replies • Runs dynamic, AI-personalized nurture sequences • Escalates to humans when required • Works across multiple sub-accounts (replicable for clients) This is a complex, multi-agent system — not a basic workflow build. ________________________________________ Core Functionality 1️⃣ AI Triage (Inbox Zero Engine) When a message is received inside GHL: • AI analyzes conversation history + CRM data • Categorizes inquiry into: •Sales inquiry • Quote / product question • Appointment request • Customer service • Escalation required • Applies tags and updates pipeline stage • Routes to correct internal agent or workflow • Option to auto-draft a reply for review ________________________________________ 2️⃣ Intelligent Agent Routing System must support multiple “agent roles”: • Sales Agent • Appointment Setter • Customer Service • Escalation / Human Review AI determines who handles the conversation and either: • Responds automatically • Assigns to a human with AI-generated draft • Triggers nurture sequence ________________________________________ 3️⃣ Dynamic AI-Personalized Nurture Sequences This is a key requirement. Standard GoHighLevel automations are static. We need: • Timed follow-up sequences (Day 0, Day 1, Day 3, Week 1, Week 2, Month 1) • Automation controls timing • AI dynamically generates each outgoing message Each message must: • Reference specific products discussed • Reference colours, styles, quantities, pricing discussed • Reference samples sent • Adapt based on prior replies • Feel conversational and human • Never send generic templated follow-ups Example: Instead of: “Just following up on your inquiry.” It should generate: “Just checking in about the black and gold letterpress pocket invitations you loved last week — are you still leaning toward that colour scheme?” ________________________________________ 4️⃣ Conversational Continuity If the lead replies mid-sequence: • AI re-analyzes conversation • Adjusts messaging dynamically • Stops or modifies nurture sequence if needed • Escalates to human when confidence threshold is low ________________________________________ Technical Requirements • Strong GoHighLevel API experience • Advanced workflow logic + conditional triggers • AI integration (Claude preferred) • Ability to pass full conversation history into AI context • Secure CRM data handling • Ability to create reusable, scalable system across sub-accounts • Clean logging + visibility inside GHL ________________________________________ Complexity Level This is a multi-layered AI system involving: • Intent detection • Agent routing logic • Dynamic message generation • Workflow timing control • Human-in-the-loop escalation • White-label scalability Please apply only if experienced with advanced AI + CRM automation builds. ________________________________________ To Apply Please include: • Examples of advanced GHL builds • Experience with AI conversational systems • Suggested architecture approach • Estimated timeline
