This is an excellent opportunity for RNs seeking a role with greater autonomy, a focus on patient well-being, and a departure from the fast-paced clinic setting. You'll leverage your clinical expertise and compassionate approach to improve patient outcomes and enhance their quality of life. Responsibilities Deliver a wide range of infusion treatments in patients' homes. Utilize your clinical IV experience and personal touch to support patients recovering in their homes. Provide one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education according to the physician's treatment plan. May require additional licensure in multi-state service areas. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with patients, physicians, pharmacists, and other stakeholders. Travel up to two hours each way for patient visits. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Additional licensure may be required in multi-state service areas. Minimum one year of nursing experience; IV-related experience preferred. Current CPR certification. Valid driver's license and collision insurance. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and tracking patient care. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including a minimum of 5 non-weekend days and one weekend day per month.
