HR/Payroll Administrator -- West LA -- $100k
Thriving investment firm based in Santa Monica is seeking an HR/Payroll Administrator to join their esteemed team.
Company is seeking a team player to manage payroll, benefits, and other HR functions who is also comfortable/willing to provide some concierge/admin support as well.
This role will involve:
-Processing payroll, including wages, bonuses, overtime, and deductions
-Managing vendor relations and administering benefits program
-Overseeing administrative onboarding and offboarding of employees
-Updating payroll and benefits systems for new hires
-Serving as the benefits point person for employees, including resolving payroll and benefits related questions
-Providing back-up concierge/admin support -- lunch ordering, greeting clients, answering phones, and ordering supplies
Candidates must have at least 2+ years of experience managing payroll and benefits.
