Responsibilities
- Own Workday position management, ensuring team structures and headcount data are accurate for real-time reporting used to drive business decisions
- Support HRBPs in maintaining people budget dashboards, providing accurate updates to facilitate fiscal and organizational decision-making
- Own and maintain company-wide org charts to reflect current organizational design and reporting lines, allowing the team to work dynamically with transparency in real time
- Facilitate the end-to-end associate lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, talent acquisition, and compensation and Performance and Development (P&D) cycles to ensure seamless transitions and operational excellence
- Triage and streamline associate inquiries by collaborating and following up with COEs, ensuring timely resolution to support in providing best in class associate experiences
- Manage HR dashboards including headcount and open position data to deliver insights into turnover, succession planning, and organization health, leveraged by the HRBP team to make informed business decisions
- Coordinate with IT and Facilities to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for all new hires
- Partner with the Communications team to manage distribution lists and logistical support for Town Halls and global events to ensure effective brand-wide alignment
- Contribute to organizational design projects and special assignments for the Global HR team as needed to support evolving business priorities
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR Coordinator, preferably within a fast-paced corporate environment
- High level of professional maturity and the ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality
- A self-starter mindset with a proven ability to anticipate team needs and identify process improvements before they are requested
- Ability to work dynamically in a fast-paced environment, balancing high-volume administrative tasks with long-term project support
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Foundational experience navigating Workday (or a similar enterprise HCM) with the ability to manage position data, run reports, and ensure data integrity
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and Visio to maintain budget dashboards and create visual organizational charts
