With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, we strive to build an inclusive environment that encourages, supports, and celebrates the diverse voices of our team members. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Care Specialist, FinOps, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound customer service ticket queries, phone calls, and voicemails.
