**Job Summary**
As a Customer Contact Center (Student Loan Advisor) at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting student borrowers with their queries and concerns. You will be responsible for providing accurate and timely information, processing applications, and resolving issues in a professional and empathetic manner. **Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to incoming calls, use chat, and complete outbound calls to assist customers with their queries and concerns
* Provide accurate and timely information on student loan programs, policies, and procedures
* Process applications and resolve issues in a professional and empathetic manner
* Utilize standard technology such as a telephone, email, and web browser to navigate various systems and browsers
* Follow established and documented policies and standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and quality
* Assist callers with filling out their application and submitting it electronically to the plan provider for processing
* Complete basic call log, documentation, and related call details for each phone inquiry
**Schedule**
* Monday: 11:45am-8:15pm
* Tuesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
* Wednesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
* Thursday: 8:45am-5:15pm
* Friday: 8:45am-5:15pm
**Preferred Skills**
* High School diploma or equivalent required
* Must be able to speak and read English clearly, professionally, and fluently
* Must be able to type a minimum of 35 WPM
* Experience working with a personal computer and the Windows operating system is required
* The ability to effectively work within established key performance indicators/metrics is necessary
* Must have demonstrated excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
* Must be able to multi-task and stay organized while completing simultaneous tasks
**Requirements**
* Must be able to navigate various systems and browsers
* Excellent written/verbal/interpersonal communication skills sufficient to communicate and interact effectively with customers and co-workers
* Knowledge of contact center technology
* Strong Computer skills with proficiencies in Excel and Word
* Excellent command of the English language, effective use of grammar skills
* Excellent communication etiquette
* Great customer service is expected on every call with our customers: personalize your call, be competent with the information & assistance you deliver to your customer, patient & polite, and be initiative-taking in offering solutions and assistance
