**Key Responsibilities**
As an Executive Assistant, Customer Service, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing complex calendars and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations
* Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
* Managing expense report coordination and submission
* Organizing, executing, and assisting with team activities, including staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events
* Ensuring the timely completion of critical tasks and following up on outstanding matters as a liaison for direct reports
* Working closely with the leadership team, program managers, recruiting, and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
* Helping to develop and maintain new mechanisms within the team
**A Day in the Life**
As an Executive Assistant, Customer Service, you will play a key role in ensuring that our leaders connect with each other and with their teams in a timely manner to address pressing issues. You will also be responsible for hosting in-person community and learning events to help engineers feel connected to their work and continuously improve their technical skills. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality will be invaluable assets to our team.
**About the Team**
You will be part of a team that delivers the technology that powers arenaflex's customer service. Our team is responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions that empower our customers to succeed. As an Executive Assistant, Customer Service, you will be managing complex and high-volume requests for multiple Directors' calendars, while supporting other areas of need, such as team events or travel logistics. Additionally, this role involves development and facilitation of onsite learning, development, and community programs for the 200+ arenaflex Seattle software engineering community.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 5+ years of senior-level leadership support experience or 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
* High school or equivalent diploma
* Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
* Experience with Executive Level Calendar Management
* Experience leading process improvements
* Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency

**Compensation**
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. arenaflex is a total compensation company, and in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, you may be eligible for equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package.
