This role is based in Seattle, WA, with additional locations available.
Compensation:
$173,000/year to $245,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop category-defining products.
• Combine usability, aesthetics, and technical insight to solve complex problems.
• Navigate cross-functional teams in a complex environment.
• Conceive elegant, effective ways to address ergonomic and mechanical challenges.
• Contribute concepts and problem solving across one or more projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or related field.
• 10+ years of experience developing consumer electronics or wearable tech products.
• Demonstrated experience in communication, visualization, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluid command of Rhino 3D, Solidworks, Creo or NX.
• Experience exploring and refining ideas through 2D visualization and physical prototyping.
• Experience in designing for mass production.
• Thrive in highly ambiguous situations.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience designing consumer electronics.
