This is a remote position. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Associate (ISA) to support our client’s sales team by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new business opportunities. The ISA plays a key role in the early stages of the sales process by engaging with prospective clients, managing inbound and outbound lead activity, and scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build relationships while working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. ***Important to Note: This role is US hours, 10am to 6pm (GMT-7)*** - Manage inbound and outbound lead activity through calls, emails, and CRM systems. - Qualify leads by identifying customer needs, budget, decision-makers, and timelines. - Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new sales opportunities. - Schedule valuations and appointments for Agents. - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. - Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales pipeline. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support lead generation campaigns. - Track and report key metrics such as lead conversion, appointment setting, and pipeline activity. - Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and maintain a high level of customer service. - Stay informed on company products, services, and market trends. Requirements - 3 - 5 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or customer-facing roles. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls. - Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar). - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. - Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. - Experience in B2B sales environments. - Familiarity with sales prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Outreach. - Basic understanding of sales pipelines and lead qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT or MEDDIC).
