Federal Express Corporation is a leading logistics and delivery services company, and they are seeking an Inside Sales Executive to join their dynamic sales team. The role involves developing new business and maintaining customer relationships, utilizing digital platforms and face-to-face interactions to achieve sales goals and implement market strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develops new business and grows revenue by identifying potential new customers, conducting background research on potential customers, discussing the customer’s supply chain with decision makers and other appropriate customer representatives, analyzing customer needs, and developing and implementing solutions
- Maintains existing business by developing an understanding of the customer’s business and supply chain through research and customer interaction, analyzing customer needs and developing and implementing solutions
- Coordinates and collaborates with internal teams, such as sales counterparts as well as other internal partners to provide a seamless and outstanding customer experience
- Regularly engages with customers to ensure customer understanding of service offerings and to maximize customer utilization of products and services
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree/equivalent or four (4) years of business-to-business sales experience or two (2) years of the Company's business-to-business sales experience required
- Successful completion of the Digital Sales Representative program or six (6) months of FedEx sales experience or six (6) months of FedEx commercial customer facing experience or one (1) year of business to business sales experience
- Successfully leveraging technology (MS Suite, CRM, video conferencing) to maximize the impact of communication and to effectively research and engage aligned accounts
- Ability to travel overnight as required
- Moderate travel required
