Responsibilities
- Engage new and existing customers over the phone through cold calling and proactive prospecting
- Set appointments and conduct follow-ups for seasoned sales professionals
- Operate in a high-energy, fast-paced environment making a high volume of outbound calls
- Make outbound prospecting calls into leads provided by marketing
- Engage in discovery conversations with prospects to uncover and develop opportunities to sell and deliver new products and solutions
Skills
- Hunter Mentality: Driven to seek out and secure new business opportunities through cold calling and proactive outreach, motivated to exceed monthly sales quotas
- Sales Experience: At least 1 year of experience, in a phone-based or B2B sales environment
- Communication Skills: Confident and clear when communicating to prospects and clients
- Education: High School Diploma required
- Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, and strong aptitude for learning new systems
- Education: bachelor's degree preferred
